Abigail is a Director and Head of Department for Cambridge Development specialising in residential development agency, consultancy and acquisitions across the East of England. Abigail is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Registered Valuer.
Abigail acts for a variety of clients including private landowners, promoters and corporate institutions to dispose of immediate and strategic residential development land. Abigail provides development consultancy to a range of clients, advising on optimising delivery, disposal strategies, market analysis and development appraisals.
Abigail joined Savills Cambridge Development in 2013 and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer in 2015. Abigail won Young Surveyor of the Year (Land & Urban) category in 2021.
