Adam is a director and chartered surveyor within the licensed leisure department of Savills. He has vast experience working in the sector and predominantly works in agency, dealing with leasing, sales and acquisitions of hotels, pubs, bars, nightclubs, casinos, restaurants, convenience stores and retail properties. He also provides consultancy advice on leisure development sites. In addition to this Adam is a registered RICS valuer and provides valuation advice to banks and corporate clients.
