Adam is a consultant specialising in tourism, leisure and events. Adam has 15 years of operational and strategic experience operating across the country

Adam provides strategic and operational advice to owners and managers of historic houses, rural estates, farms and leisure-based businesses on establishing new, or developing existing tourism, leisure and events enterprises. Adam combines hands on practical management  experience of operating venues, attractions and venues with business development and optimization experience.   

Prior to joining Savills, Adam was Director of Strategy for Hickory, Scotland’s leading independent venue and event management company. Responsible for the strategic vision and future direction of the company, Adam led on tender opportunities, account management for key clients, and oversaw the delivery and project management of new venues and large scale projects/events.    

At the same time, Adam supported Business Pointer – an Edinburgh based consultancy service, specialising in feasibility studies, operational reviews, change management and business development.

Adam brings clear and logical management experience to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment with the ability to develop and lead change. Highly experienced in working with Scotland’s most prestigious venues and events, Adam is experienced in providing strategic advice and hands on operational support to Scotland’s leading estates. Adam acts for a number of private, corporate and public sector clients across Scotland and the north of England.

Outside of work Adam is a keen sailor and runner.  Based in Edinburgh, spends his spare time exploring Scotland and the north of England, aiming to discover new food and drink experiences.
