Arian Shippey is a leading specialist working exclusively in the social housing valuation sector, supporting investors and their borrowers for over 20 years. He has undertaken the southwest region’s largest European £1Billion medium term note programme bond.
Adrian completed a BSc (Hons) degree in valuation and estate management at the University of the West of England in 1995. He was elected to the RICS in December 2001. He was promoted to director in March 2021 and is part of Savills senior leadership team.
Adrian is a member of the London affordable housing valuation team, working principally from the Bristol regional head office, covering the southwest, outer south east of England and Wales, working with both national and community led housing providers to support their borrowing requirements.
Adrian has housing association board experience and during his 3 year tenure gained valuable insight into the strategic and governance issues facing the sector.
