Alan is a director at Savills specialising in lease consultancy around Central London, mainly acting for the owners of retail and restaurant premises in the West End. He has acted on behalf of Oxford Street and Bond Street owners since the early 2000s, and has consistently enjoyed a significant market share in both locations.
