Alasdair Scott

Alasdair started his career with Nash Bond in 2012 after graduating from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology, Alasdair studied for an MSc in Real Estate at London South Bank University and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2015. Alasdair joined Savills in 2023 with the acquisition of Nash Bond.

Alasdair works across central London with a range of institutional and private landlords, and tenant clients on all aspects of retail, restaurant and leisure leasing, investment, and consultancy with over 12 years of experience of the London market, is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has acted as an expert witness in the court.
Alasdair specializes in central London leasing and consultancy, advising landlords  on diverse schemes, developments, leasing and acquisitions at all stages across central London, but with a particular focus on the West End, Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, Kensington, Chelsea, Strand and the City.

Alasdair has a keen interest in computers, literature and single malts, which he tries to satisfy living in Shepherds Bush in west London, and spends his weekends in leafy Surrey and Hampshire.
