Alex is a director at Savills in the City of London, West End, Victoria retail, F&B, and leisure markets.
Alex started his career at a leading property consultancy, working on large in and out-of-town supermarkets in a lease advisory capacity, before joining Workspace 's transactions and agency team.
Alex joined Nash Bond central London agency and lease advisory team in 2019, focusing on City and Victoria properties for institutional and private landlords. Alex also provides strategic asset and development advice helping his client's to achieve the best results from a retail, F&B, and leisure perspective.
Alex joined Savills in 2023 along with the Nash Bond central London team.
Outside of the office Alex is a keen cyclist and runner, as well as being a long suffering follower of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
