Alison joined Savills in 2007. Her years of experience plus financial and local authority background provide a unique perspective in complex affordable housing and S106 negotiations. Her work is varied and interesting, and she is the go-to person in Savills development team for affordable housing advice in the Midlands and South East.
Work includes creating viable developments, introducing new affordable products, producing Affordable Housing Statements, planning reps regarding affordable housing, establishing the affordable tenure and dwelling mix in strategic sites, increasing land value via affordable housing, S106 drafting.
