CHALLENGE
Andersey Close is a bespoke, architect project managed, A rated energy efficient scheme of just four distinct single storey homes in the Oxfordshire countryside.
SOLUTION
Provided consultancy advice throughout the build process, including design, specification internally and externally. We managed and delivered the marketing programme including manning launch events, whilst being in line with all requirements of an ongoing construction site.
RESULTS
An untested location, with private clients building on an untested scale, to a high cost build and high quality design, we delivered a successful revenue and sales rate for our clients.
