Andrew has specialised in central London retail, restaurants and leisure space for 35 years.

Andrew became RICS qualified in 1992 and covers all aspects of retail and restaurant property consultancy, from rent reviews to investment and agency to asset enhancement. Andrew is also a Member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society and specialises in the valuation of restaurant and licensed premises.

Andrew acts for numerous institutional and private clients including Cadogan Estate, GPE, Legal & General, British Land, Crosstree and Norges Bank.

Andrew has three adult children and spends his week-ends walking in the Chiltern Hills
