Andrew is a director in the development team and has been with Savills since 2007. His principal responsibility is development valuations in the region, along with agency and consultancy work.
Andrew has worked in the property sector since 1998, and gained his land management degree in 2004, gaining MRICS status in 2006.
He lives and works in Bristol, and has watched with interest as the regeneration of the city centre has gathered pace. He is an expert on city centre developments, having advised on some of the highest profile transactions in recent years.
Formal valuation for loan security purposes, typically development funding, is a major part of Andrew's remit, along with viability appraisals for developers, whether for internal project appraisal purposes, or negotiating S106 agreements.
Andrew also provides advice to both private and public sector clients, including disposal and acquisition of development opportunities, and consultancy.
