Andy has been leading Savills development team in Chelmsford since 2006, focusing on strategic land and development consultancy/agency.
Andy began his career in the property industry in 1997, initially in commercial agency, before moving to focus on residential led development land in 2003.
Andy is actively involved in projects across East London, Essex and Suffolk. He has a particular interest is in large scale strategic projects where there is the opportunity to positively transform locations with development projects.
