Andrew undertakes valuation, viability and development land agency work across South Wales, with a focus on valuation of residential and mixed use Investment stock and development viability.
Andrew provides red book valuations as well as providing a range of development consultancy services including development appraisals, viability statements, Section 106 negotiation and feasibility studies.
Andrew joined the Cardiff development team in March 2010, having graduated with a BA in English literature from the University of Exeter, and with an MSc in real estate management & development from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
