Andy joined Savills planning team in Cambridge in 2019 following 25 years in local government planning, most recently as Head of Development at Huntingdonshire DC.
Having graduated with a MPhil in town and country planning, Andy spent 25 years in local authority planning departments in the East of England, including 16 years leading teams.
He brings a wealth of planning experience and technical knowledge to the role, and is an able presenter and advocate. He looks to find innovative solutions to issues, is outcome focused and finds the way to achieve that outcome.
Outside of work, his two growing children keep him busy and he is Co-Chair of Governors of Wheatfields Primary School in St Ives, Cambs.
