Anthony Selwyn

Anthony joined the Savills Central London Retail team in 2010, bringing with him 20 years of experience from previous retail agency roles. With over 30 years’ experience in the Central London market, he has established himself as a leading practitioner in high-profile transactions for both institutional and private owners. A luxury retail expert, Anthony has focused on Bond Street and Oxford Street, where he has been involved in over 60% of all lettings since 2010, including £1 billion in capital markets deals.

Over the years, Anthony has expanded his role globally within Savills, playing a key part in developing the company's retail platform in major international markets. As Co-Head of Global Retail, he works closely with teams in the US, Asia, and EMEA to grow the business. He also leads the global luxury team and has successfully organized the Savills Global Luxury Retail Outlook event in Milan for seven consecutive years.

Throughout his career, Anthony has negotiated numerous high-end leasing deals, including landmark locations on New Bond Street for luxury fashion brands such as LVMH Maison, Prada, Gucci, Burberry, and Chanel, as well as prominent Oxford Street sites for names like Abercrombie & Fitch and Uniqlo. His depth of experience and dedication to excellence have made him one of the foremost experts in the luxury retail sector.
