ARLA Propertymark is the letting industry’s regulatory body.
Members must comply with a code of practice and byelaws for professional standards and best practices. We not only train all of our staff to become Propertymark qualified when they join us but we also carry out regular update training sessions to make sure our tenants and landlords are always dealing with an expert.
Professional standards provided by qualified experts who are constantly trained to the highest level
This means whoever you speak to, whoever shows you a property or advises you on letting your home or a buy-to-let, is up to date with the latest lettings regulations and has committed themselves to the highest level of lettings expertise.
You can have peace of mind knowing we follow strict procedures when dealing with your money or any complaints, with your money being protected through the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Client Money Protection Scheme.
If you are unhappy or wish to make a complaint (once you’ve followed our complaints procedure) you can refer your complaint to the independent redress scheme that we belong to: Property Redress Scheme. Or you can speak to our governing bodies, either ARLA Propertymark protected or the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
