Beckford Gate is situated in the prime position of Lansdown, a highly sought-after residential neighbourhood and comprises four brand new individual apartments.

WHAT WE DID
Savills worked alongside our client and later the lending bank to bring these high specification apartments to the market. Savills produced a comprehensive sales strategy at launch followed by open days during the marketing period. Buyers for all four apartments were secured and progressed through to completion

CHALLENGES OVERCOME
During the marketing period the scheme was taken over by the lending bank due to poor market conditions and oversupply of apartment stock to the market place. We worked with the bank on a strategy to sell the units whilst achieving best value. This was during a period deeply effect by the pandemic.
