Ben is a surveyor in the Savills hotels department providing Investment, valuation, feasibility and development advice for assets within the hotels and leisure sector.
Ben joined Savills in 2011 having graduated from Oxford Brookes University where he studied Real Estate management and qualified as a RICS Register valuer in 2013. Key areas covered include hotels, serviced apartments, health and fitness clubs and development sites. Ben provides valuation advice to a range of major high street lenders, companies and private individuals for properties in the UK and mainland Europe, both on an operational and Investment basis.
