Ben leads the Chelmsford development team, covering Essex, Suffolk, and East London. His expertise lies in strategic land, development land agency, and consultancy across the eastern region.
Joining Savills as a graduate in 2016, Ben became a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in November 2018. In 2023, he assumed the role of head of department.
Originally from the rolling hills of Derbyshire, Ben relocated to the south and has since been actively involved in a range of projects across the southeast, with a particular focus on large-scale strategic developments.
