Brad is an ESG and sustainability specialist with 14 years experience at supporting clients to drive positive change across their organisations and across their property portfolios.
Brad joined Savills in 2019 as an associate director within the sustainability team in property management. He is a Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of IEMA. He was promoted to director in 2022 and is part of the sustainability leadership team, helping to managing Savills service lines around ESG and sustainability both corporately and at individual assets.
Prior to joining Savills, Brad worked for a number of years across public sector organisations and local councils to help develop their climate change and carbon reduction strategies. He moved into commercial real estate advisory in 2014.
