Catherine Walker

Catherine began working at Savills in 2006, after graduating from University of the West of England with a post graduate degree in Real Estate Management. She worked in the commercial valuation department in Manchester, undertaking valuations within the office, industrial, retail and shopping centre sectors. In 2021 Catherine joined the affordable housing team and is based in Bristol. 

She specialises in the valuation of affordable housing throughout the UK. She is a RICS Registered Valuer and undertakes valuations for a range of purposes, including loan security, stock rationalisation and accounts.
