Outline planning permission secured for up to 750 dwellings. Delivery of this allocated site will enable a number of community benefits, including a substantial parkland, community centre, allotments and variety of play faclities.

Ploughley Road, Ambrosden

Outline planning permission secured on appeal for up to 120 dwellings. This comprised local engagement, a planning application and success on appeal following a public inquiry.

Princess Royal Barracks, Deepcut

Reserved Matters Approval secured in respect of two sites: 120 dwellings (comprising 101 private and 19 affordable) on Phase 6a; and 123 dwellings (103 private and 20 affordable) and new village centre on Phase 3e/4b/4c.

Watchmoor Park, Camberley

Secured hybrid planning consent for the redevelopment of the office park for circa 322,917 sqft of high-quality Industrial and Logistics floorspace set in a parkland setting.

Clay Compaction Trial, Oxford

Secured full planning permission for a temporary clay compaction trial in March 2024. The trial will help to inform plans for a new reservoir in Oxfordshire.

Secured planning permission for new industrial and logistics developments in Southall, Leatherhead, Colwick, and Chichester, delivering a significant number of new jobs and high quality employment floorspace.

National Mathematics and Science College, Coventry

Secured permission for a new college building and a 248 bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). The NMSC is located between two additional sites that Savills gained permission for redevelopment as PBSA.

Old Quarries, Avening

Planning permission and Listed Building Consent has been secured for the change of use from a from a former residential institution - Grade II listed heritage asset, situated within a Conservation Area – to a 11 dwellings.

Caversham Park, Reading

Resolution to grant outline permission was secured for 150 dwellings and a 64 bed care home, including the conversion and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Caversham Park House. Delivery of this allocated site will open up the park public use for the first ime in its history with access to much of the 93.2 acres of pakland. The scheme also delievers an above policy level of affordable housing.

Sawyer Close, Windsor

Estate Regeneration comprising the redevelopment of four 1960s 8-storey blocks (192 dwellings) to provide modern purpose-built 413 new affordable homes arranged as townhouses and apartment blocks up to 8-storeys with landscaped podiums, undercroft parking and new community space.

Provided strategy advice and subsequently progressed planning applications and a certificate of lawfulness to enable occupation of a vacant office building.

Planning permission secured for the redevelopment of this brownfield town centre site to provide 79 new homes. Delivery of this site will provide substantial benefits including new affordable homes and more than 300% biodiversity net gain.
