Charlotte Howard

Charlotte has worked in residential lettings since 1994 and has vast experience within the private rented sector. During her career she has covered both front office and property management roles and has worked with private and portfolio landlords. Her advice is continually sought by her team and colleagues across our 52 lettings offices.

She has been ARLA qualified since 1997 and in 2014 successfully completed her FARLA qualification. She is very passionate about property lettings legislation and process. Charlotte develops and presents new and existing staff training to make sure that everyone is compliant with the complex rules and codes of practice within the private rented sector.
