Chloë joined the Bristol planning team in 2015 and works on a range of projects but, primarily, urban regeneration.
Chloë is a chartered town planner who has worked in the planning and development industry for over 12 years, having been involved in a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use development schemes across the south west and south east. She has extensive experience in major mixed use and residential schemes, city centre regeneration and tall buildings.
Her responsibilities include the coordination and submission of major applications, management of multi-disciplinary project teams, preparation of technical reports, planning obligations, appraisals and feasibility reports, planning evidence, land promotion, planning appeals, stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
