Chloe joined Savills in January 2019 and works in the Cardiff development team undertaking residential development valuations, agency and consultancy.
Chloe started her property career at another national property services firm in Cardiff undertaking lease advisory and commercial valuations, following graduating from Reading University with a masters in Real Estate. Chloe qualified as a MRICS chartered surveyor in spring 2020.
