Chris has worked within Savills retail and leisure team since 2005. Chris heads up the South West Team and that has an instruction base across the UK.

Chris has specialised in retail and leisure work since 1998, acting on behalf of a range of corporate landlords, occupiers and developers. He is currently providing asset management and agency advice across a broad range of leisure schemes and shopping centres in the south, south west and south Wales. He also advises a number of Institutional landlords on their high street holdings.

Chris also provides retail advice to a range of education, transport and medical institutions.
