Chris is an expert in stadia and major sports events delivery. He was lead planning adviser for the London 2012 Olympic Games and the Rugby World Cup 2015.   

Chris has advised on stadia projects for clubs including Everton FC, Wrexham AFC, Nottingham Forest FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, AFC Wimbledon, AFC Bournemouth, along with rugby clubs, including Bath RFC and Worcester Warriors RFC.

Chris is a member of the RTPI Finance Committee, is a former chair of RTPI Cymru, and has been appointed to Ministerial Advisory Groups regarding changes to the planning system.


Chris set up the Savills Cardiff office in 2007, which has become the largest property services firm in south Wales.
