Chris heads up the farm agency team in the south east, selling and buying farms, land and country estates across Kent, Sussex and Surrey for a wide variety of client types.
Chris began his career with Savills in 2008 as a farm agent covering the south east, from the newly formed south east rural department based in Haywards Heath and Sevenoaks. He was appointed head of the Haywards Heath office in 2012. Chris relocated to the Sevenoaks office in 2020, but spends a significant amount of his time with the rural team in Petworth and other Savills offices in Guildford, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Cranbrook and of course back in Haywards Heath.
In 2017 Chris established Savills Viticulture, a bespoke one-stop-shop for services to the English wine sector.
