Chris Sweeney

Chris has worked as a professional in the leisure sector since 2004 and been part of the leisure & trade related team within Savills since 2015. Chris’s experience lies in advising corporate and private clients on the sale, valuation and development of leisure properties including static holiday caravan parks, touring, camping and glamping parks, holiday centres, residential mobile home parks, golf courses and marinas.

Chris regularly acts in an agency capacity with regards to the acquisition or sale of such properties, along with providing written valuation reports for secured lending purposes and market appraisals.
