Christopher joined Savills in 2003 and predominantly advises on valuation matters covering a wide range of rural and residential property.

Christopher leads the rural consultancy team covering the Cheltenham, Cirencester, Oxford and Banbury offices. He specialises in the valuation of high value residential property, farms and estates for a range of purposes.

He also works in the energy sector valuing assets for developers, investors and landowners. This has included solar farms, wind farms, anaerobic digesters and biomass plants.
