WHAT WE DID
Through our internal network we identified potential purchasers prior to marketing, who were based overseas with a substantial laboratory space at the nearby Science Park under construction. Off market off plan sale negotiated and progressed through to completion.

CHALLENGES OVERCOME
Providing comparable evidence to purchasers in order to get the sign off to proceed. Selling to a HNW and high profile overseas business and liaising with local advisors on their behalf, providing eyes on the ground via regular updates.
