Ciaran joined the Bristol planning team in 2015 and specialises in urban regeneration.

Ciaran is a chartered town planner who is responsible for coordinating several major applications and projects throughout the United Kingdom, with a particular focus on urban regeneration schemes and EIA development.

Prior to joining Savills, Ciaran obtained a PhD from the University of Bristol on the impact of the 2008 financial crisis on approaches to urban regeneration in the UK.
