Mixed use City Centre site with outline planning consent for 1.22m sq ft targeting tech, digital and Science focussed occupiers alongside residential, leisure, retail and hotels.  Savills Office Agency team were instructed to advise on the office element of the scheme and how this aspect can function alongside the alternative and complimentary uses. 
SOLUTION
Savills initially worked closely with landlord, Bruntwood Scitech and their consultants to advise on design aspects of the workspace and the wider ecosystem of the scheme.  The team then worked up marketing materials and presented the scheme to the Manchester Science and Tech community and occupiers, which then led to negotiations with a number of tenants.
 
RESULTS
The initial two buildings totalling 400,000 sq ft completed in early 2021 with occupiers including Hilti and HPE secured.
