Our client Li & Fung were looking at a consolidation of their two businesses, LF Europe and Global Brands Group, looking at approx. 50,000 sq ft.
After workspace consultancy and assembling a long list of options, we carried out inspections to then get a shortlist of 6-8 options. By utilising our postcode analysis software, we showed L&F the current travel times of their staff and then plotted these against the shortlisted relocation options to see what effect a relocation would have on their existing staff and how each location would affect their staff.
As Savills commenced negotiations for L&F and narrowed down the options to the final two, their top level management referred to the postcode analysis to make sure their new office location (WestWorks, White City) was best placed for all staff accessibility.
With their deal completed we are now speaking to L&F about additional Savills services of which one of these will be Knowledge Cubed.
