Compass is our property management information system. Developed internally by our teams, the user-friendly online platform is integrated into all of Savills systems to present property managers with detailed insights into their managed properties.
Whether its live information on current tenancies or links to important documents and policies, Compass keeps all data in one place, making it accessible both on mobile and desktop. This includes details on service charge budgets, upcoming lease events, recent quotes, arrears and key operation information relating to the property.
As the interface sits on our live property database, all data is updated in real time, avoiding the risk of information being incorrect or out of date.
All in all, Compass makes property management much easier and accessible for landlords and their property managers.
