Craig has been responsible for our Bristol office's building & project consultancy team since 2015 and provides a comprehensive service delivery throughout the West country.
Craig started his career in 1990 and has extensive experience in providing commercial building surveying and project management services. He joined Savills to capitalise on his skills in providing both tailored technical due diligence for investors and assured project deliverables for developers and property owners. Craig is regularly involved with dilapidations, for both landlords and tenants, and provides a risk management role in monitoring the drawdown a lender's loan facility for borrowers.
