
Craig is head of the Savills planning team in Bristol. He is responsible for leading the team on a variety of projects, specialising in large scale mixed use regeneration projects.
Craig has over 25 years experience in planning consultancy and development. He has advised on a wide variety of projects which involved managing multi disciplinary teams to prepare masterplan-based applications and the environmental impact assessment of these proposals.
His key projects have included advising Castlebrooke in respect of its proposals for mixed use regeneration of the North East Quarter in Belfast; Stanhope in respect of its proposals for a mixed use retail-led regeneration scheme for an extension to Hereford city centre, and Grosvenor in respect of its proposals for a mixed use development of the former John Lewis store in Southampton.
Craig also delivered the planning permissions and compulsory purchase order for Cabot Circus for the Bristol Alliance and advised the St David’s Partnership in respect of the SD2 scheme in Cardiff.
