Dan joined Savills in 2021, with over 7 years experience working in the real estate industry covering multiple disciplines and asset classes. Dan has worked in commercial valuation, as a town planner and spent the last 5 years in residential development, advising land owners on maximising returns from their land holdings.
He draws upon this broad experience to provide planning, development, agency, investment and valuation advice to a wide range of clients within the private rented sector.
