David provides planning advice to clients within the South East, East Midlands and East of England. He has 26 years experience comprising 19 years in consultancy and 7 years in local government. David is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a former chair of the East Midlands Region of the RTPI. He regularly speaks at events and write articles on matters relevant to planning for development.
