David joined the Savills Manchester office in 2015 and forms part of the national hotels valuation team.
David graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1996 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1999. He has been an RICS registered valuer since the scheme's inception.
He has a broad range of valuation expertise across the leisure and hospitality sectors and for the last eight years he has been focused on regional hotels.
David joined Savills in 2015 based in the Manchester office with a brief to develop the regional hotel valuation offer. He currently provides valuation, development and Investment advice to a range of clients across the regional hotel and leisure sectors.
