
David joined Savills in 1998 as a town planner in Savills Oxford office. David is now national head of planning as well as head of Savills Earth; our sustainability advisory service.
David has more than 25 years experience as a consultant advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of town planning as well as sustainability strategies, particularly in relation to new development projects.
David is experienced in a wide variety of projects including mixed-use urban regeneration, life sciences, sustainable new communities and major infrastructure projects. He also provides strategic advice in relation to asset portfolios, including on operational and non-operational sites held by utility companies.
