David is expert in all planning and site licensing matters affecting the holiday park industry. He specialises in the preparation and submission of planning applications for holiday caravan parks, holiday lodge sites, glamping, holiday cottage developments, mobile home parks and all matters relating to the Planning and Site Licensing Acts.
David project manages all forms of holiday park planning; overseeing expert input on highway, landscaping, ecology, flood risk and design issues.
He undertakes planning appeals (hearings and inquiries) and provides expert advice, advocacy, design and site layout relative to the caravan industry. David writes regular articles on planning and site licensing law in associated press journals and has the benefit of nationally recognised cases in the Journal of Planning law (JPL).
