We will develop our diverse talent, ensuring clear career paths with no glass ceilings.

Bringing in diverse talent is only the first part of the picture. We continually work to retain and develop our people, giving them everything they need to unlock their full potential. This means reviewing and improving our development programmes, ensuring everyone feels like they have the opportunities or support they need.

Initiatives like our drop-in-sessions for women working towards promotions allow them to learn more about the process, gain direction for areas of self-development and increase their confidence for the interview. To ensure ethnic minorities have everything they need to thrive, we’re trialling targeted upskilling in areas they’ve told us they want specialised support on.

No matter your level, you’ve never finished learning. Our UK board have mutual mentors to expand their understanding of different lived experiences, broadening their perspectives to help make them better leaders.

The work doesn’t stop internally though, we also partner with external organisations to deliver on talent development, such as We Rise In, which specialises in supporting Black employees looking to progress within property.
