Duncan Lowe

Duncan has experience in property management both commercially and client-side, having worked for Hortons Estate in Birmingham prior to joining Savills.

Duncan is involved in all aspects of property management on a wide variety of properties ranging from derelict redevelopment sites to fully refurbished office buildings. These duties include the management of on-site staff, maintenance issues, contractor management and service charge budget preparation and reconciliation, as well as an asset management role identifying potential for income generation.
