What we did
Having sold a development nearby Savills were instructed and successfully sold all 8 houses and apartments from plan. We were integral in writing and designing the brochure which really assisted the off-plan sales.

We sold out within a 3-month period which was 6 months ahead of completions on site.

Challenges overcome
Selling from plan in a location where there are other new developments close by with show homes. This bespoke development sold out and achieved record breaking sales prices in a short time.

Bespoke housing opportunities such as this are so unique and therefore a joy to sell as you learn more about the purchaser in question. This is because you have to work so closely with them, helping them with the finer detail which is something I like most about selling property.
