Ed has negotiated the sale and purchase of country houses and estates across the south of England since 1993 and, as a result, is one of the most experienced prime country house agents working in the field today.
Not only has he built up a profound knowledge of the market but as a chartered surveyor with 12 years of buying experience behind him, he is able to understand the perspective on both sides of the transaction and use this to his clients’ best advantage.
He joined Savills Country House Department in 2013 and specialises in the sale of country houses from Buckinghamshire, through the Cotswolds and down to West Berkshire/Hampshire and along the south coast to Devon. As each market is informed and affected by the neighbouring ones, Ed comes to the negotiating table with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of current trends and influences.
