CHALLENGE

An exclusive development of 35 homes in the village of Hextable, Kent. Egerton Nursery offers  a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses in different elevational styles and a variety of internal layouts.  Phase one was build complete Summer 2024. The phase 2 estimated completion is quarter 1 2025, Phase 3 is launching Spring 2025.




SOLUTION

We launched the development to the market in Spring 2024 from a marketing suite and without a show home. Phase 1 is now 100% sold and phase 2 is 50% sold. All homes have achieved 95%+ of asking price and over 80% of the homes were reserved pre-build completion.
