Ellingham Green is a collection of traditionally built and well-designed one, two, three & four bedroomed houses and two & three bedroomed bungalows in the heart of the Norfolk Countryside.

WHAT WE DID
We worked closely with the developer in setting up the site sales office, providing a site sales negotiator and then selling most of the development successfully off plan.

CHALLENGES OVERCOME
We launched the site just before the COVID lockdown and managed to sell and also more importantly keep buyers during this process. Once the market boomed again we also had to overcome the fast price increases to ensure we were putting prices up at the correct level with each plot release.
