
CHALLENGE
A mixed use development in a peripheral city centre location undergoing regeneration. Comprising 272 units across multiple buildings of both coverted former warehousing and new buildings. Predominantly apartment led development of 1 to 3 bedroom properties around a central garden and courtyard complex.

SOLUTION
Worked alongside the developer to provide sales and marketing advice and provide management assistance due to be located in a different part of the UK. Day to day sales assistance provided with over 60% of the buyers coming through the Savills database and marketing initiatives.

RESULTS
A long sales programme spanning over 4 years to date and remains ongoing. Market conditions have changed considerably since the initial launch with the marketing programme having to amend accordingly. Despite changing market conditions the development achieves significantly above local market value and has initiated the regeneration of this part of Bristol making it a desirable location. Savills knowledge of the city and buyers profiles has enabled us to deliver buyers despite objections to the area and cost over local market.
