
Fiona is a service improvement manager responsible for monitoring survey feedback from landlords and tenants and addressing service improvement measures and staff training where necessary.
Fiona has a wealth of experience having started her career in lettings as an office manager in west London. She went on to work in the global relocation industry, responsible for sourcing accommodation for large corporate company executives and their families. Having now returned to the lettings industry this experience has lent itself to her new role of problem solving and issue resolution with an understanding of the complexities for both landlord and tenants and the emotive experience of moving.
